Start with the brief
Read the customer's request before you choose a design. Note the budget and the qualities the order asks for. Treat that short list as your checklist while you work.
Plan the silhouette
Use the sketchbook to bring dress pieces and fabric ideas together. The dress preview is useful for deciding whether the shapes and colours belong together before you move to cutting.
Work through the making stages
Arrange the patterns on fabric, check the grain readout, and cut the pieces. Preview the dress on the mannequin, sew, then decide which finishing details it needs. Return to the brief before handing it over.
Welcome the next customer
After an order is finished, ring the shop bell to summon the next customer. This behaviour is explicitly noted in the Build 403 patch.
